PortConnect
CentrePort Customers can now use PortConnect to access vessel schedules. Over time, additional services will likely be added, such as Track & Trace, Cost Acceptance, and Pre-Advice.
What is PortConnect?
PortConnect is a software company owned by the Port of Auckland and the Port of Tauranga, offering digital services to the shipping container supply chain, including:
- Container Track and Trace
- Vessel schedules
- Cost acceptance
- Export Pre-advice
- Inbound and outbound EDI B2B messages
- Trade Single Window message processing
- Shuttle Connect
- B2B integration channels for vessel and container information
- Line operator services such as Clear Container, Storage Pre-advice and Container Load Reconciliation
Port Connect’s partner ports currently include Port of Auckland, Port of Tauranga, Timaru Container Terminal, Northport, and Lyttelton Port Company.
