bwell - how we cultivate a thriving workplace
bwell is about doing everything we can to keep our people healthy and well, and how we cultivate a place where everyone can thrive.
We took an evidence-based approach to creating bwell, and the five pillars of bwell reflect engagement survey feedback from our people, and input from focus groups run by Wellbeing First.
CentrePort has partnered with Wellbeing First to improve our people's wellbeing, and in 2025, CentrePort became the first port in Aotearoa to achieve Wellbeing Tick Level 1 Accreditation.
