Joining our driven team within Break Bulk operations for a fixed term role for 12 months, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of cruise and vessel activities, from cargo handling to passenger services. You will ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.  Your strong communication skills will be vital in working with key stakeholders to deliver seamless, efficient services. A big part of your role will be liaising with agents, contractors, and tour operators to ensure smooth cruise operations. You'll respond to passenger issues and help resolve any day-to-day operational challenges that arise. You’ll also help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant terminal.

 

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience supervising staff in operational, logistics, or warehouse environments, ideally within a shift-based setting.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to deal with the changing nature of Cruise and Cargo operations including working on weekends and varied work hours and performing physical activities in various conditions.
  • A full Class 1 driver’s licence 
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams and key stakeholders.
  • Be a clear thinker, can work autonomously and manage conflicts.
