- Facilities and Asset Systems Coordinator
- Ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact?
- Join a team that delivers great results every day.
- Exciting role with competitive pay and strong benefits.
This is more than a job, it’s a starting point for someone who wants to learn, grow, and make a real impact. You don’t need to have done this role before; what matters most is your mindset, your curiosity, and your drive to keep improving.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the central point of contact for maintenance and facilities requests, helping to keep things running smoothly across a range of asset types. Day to day, you’ll coordinate activities, work closely with contractors and stakeholders, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment. You’ll help introduce new digital tools and ways of working, making how we manage our assets, maintenance, and property consistent, and easier to understand.
About you
You enjoy bringing order to complexity and feel comfortable stepping into situations where things aren’t fully defined yet. You’re naturally organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving. You’re open to change, keen to learn new tools and ways of working, and you communicate well with different people. Most importantly, you’re ambitious and motivated by the idea of building a career, not just doing a job.
What you bring
- Experience coordinating work activities, requests, or services across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and planning skills, able to manage competing priorities.
- Customer-focused, with good judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A passion for continual improvement.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- The drive to progress and take on new challenges.
