Tour Operator Information
Welcome to CentrePort
The New Zealand Maritime Security Act 2004, and associated regulations, require all those entering ports that service international shipping to work within set rules.
Shore Excursions
Shore excursions are managed through the vessel appointed ground handler. If you are a shore-ex operator, please liaise with your ground handler for all information around induction, access and plans on the day.
Private Tours
CentrePort also has limited capacity for local tourism operators to pick passengers up from the cruise berth.
If you are a tourism operator and you wish to visit our berth, you will need to go through an approval process to gain access. Please contact the Cruise team to get process this underway.
Cruise Inductions
All official tourism providers must complete the cruise-specific induction. Online inductions must be read and completed by the person intending to access the port. The induction must not be completed by another person on their behalf under any circumstances.
If you have any other queries as a Tour Operator, please get in touch with our cruise team.
