We're looking for an experienced Digital Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support modern infrastructure across cloud, networking, identity, and endpoint management. This role combines project delivery with operational support, giving you the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while driving continuous improvement.

 

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects from design to implementation.
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage endpoint platforms, automation, and device policies.
  • Support cyber security initiatives, platform monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in after-hours support as required.

 

About You

You'll be an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working collaboratively across technical and business teams.  You'll have:

  • 5–7 years' experience in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Experience with networking, virtualisation, storage, endpoint management, and infrastructure security.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL service management.
